About Us

 

My educational background is in Business Administration and Management with Minors in Accounting and Marketing Management. I have held my PHR certification through the HR Certification Institute since 2011 and my business is a registered Women Owned Small Business through the Federal Small Business Association.

Previous credentials include an 8-year Tax Auditor position, 2 years writing Tax Law Reviews and Maintaining the Tax Analysis System for a National PEO company, 5 years as Director over Accounting, HR, and Inventory Management for a 38-physician medical facility, and 3 years doing Medical Corporate Buyouts.

My employees and I hold our Signing Agent Certification and Background through the NNA and E&O is held through Hiscox for $1,000,000. We take pride in being extremely knowledgeable and proficient while assisting our clients with their Depositions, Health Care Proxies, Power of Attorney, Purchases, Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Sales, Human Resource Management, Tax Filings, and Elder Care Services, to name and few.
