* Mobile notary prices are subject to change based on location and specific needs. Only deposits will be processed, any remaining balances will be due at the time of completion. As with any quote, the following are to be kept in mind:
AFTER HOURS and EMERGENCY NOTARY SERVICE
All after regular business hours services will be considered an emergency. Call for a quote about your specific situation. The base for consideration is $250 for emergency notary services (Late Night / Weekends). Every situation is unique in its own merit, so please call for a quote to discuss.
A notarization at an airport (RSW, SRQ, PGD) is considered an emergency at any time even during regular business hours. The fee is $250.00 minimum based on the notarial transaction. We require the payment to be made upfront through our website for these transactions.
Time is currently 7-10 business days.

- The Florida Secretary of State is the only competent authority authorized to issue notarial and apostille certifications in the state of Florida.
- The Division of Corporations issues these certifications.

Closing fees are base-priced at $125.00 for our local area. Optional fees would be for outsourced notaries, scan backs, additional notary witness requests, 2nd loan, or piggyback loans. Client’s “no show” and cancellations within less than 4 hours of the appointment will have a cost of $100.00 to cover for our Notary’s time and expenses.
$30 per half hour.
We will allow a 20-minute grace period. After that time, $30 for each 30-minute period wait time fee will be added to the total of the notarization. Wait time after hours is $50 per half hour.
The fees for each notary witness are $25. As they are securing their time and travel to secure the transaction as well. We use other notaries as witnesses.

Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Emergency Notary Public Service
Available after regular business hours. 8pm – 8am
Minimum charge for AFTER HOURS

Things You Need To Have And Know
You must have a VALID State-issued photo ID, such as a Driver’s License or Passport.
Documents to be notarized must be in your possession. Unless they are scanned and emailed to us for printing. (Additional fee can apply.)
Some documents require the signature of a witness. If a witness must be utilized at the time of the appointment and you can’t provide a witness, we can provide one for you upon your request. (Additional notary fee will apply to $25 per witness.)
Payments are to be made in Cash, Check, Square, or via PayPal, at the time of the signing. Case by case situation we can supply an invoice.
WAIT UNTIL YOUR NOTARY ARRIVES TO SIGN YOUR DOCUMENT! Remember the whole purpose of the Notary is to legitimize and corroborate through proper identification, that the person signing the document “is in fact” the person in front of the Notary.
